Giveaway Terms

1. You must confirm your email, failure to do so will mean you are disqualified.

2. You must enter a valid Email Address to take part, failure to do so will mean you are disqualified.  Rewards are provided in the form of BTC tokens only; no cash equivalent is offered or will be made available.

3. You must be a UK resident to take part of the reward. This reward only applies to the country of the United Kingdom. To be eligible for the reward you must be living in the UK and/or be a UK resident.

4. Only one account per user is allowed, failure to adhere to this will result in all your accounts being disqualified.

5. All participants must download the App before the end of the giveaway to qualify.

6. All participants must register on the App and complete onboarding before the end of the giveaway to qualify.

7. All participants must register on the App using the same email for both this giveaway and when registering on the App. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.

8. GlobalBlock reserves the right to ban and remove anyone they feel is misusing or cheating, in their sole and absolute discretion.

9. GlobalBlock reserve the right to edit the Terms and Conditions at ANY point during this giveaway (other than the actual reward amounts)

10. All participants must be 18 or over to take part.

11. Rewards will be sent out within the last quarter of 2022 (01/10/2022-31/12/2022).

12. By taking part in this giveaway you agree to be contacted by GlobalBlock via email for news on the App as well as GlobalBlock itself.

13. GlobalBlock reserves the right to cancel this giveaway at any time should they be required to do so and upon doing so GlobalBlock is under no obligation to honour the rewards of this giveaway.

14. Any decisions made by GlobalBlock are final and we are not under any obligation to reconsider disqualifications etc.

15. Once the participant inputs their email address it is final, GlobalBlock will not make changes or offer edits to these records due to user error.

16. Each month 50 new users will be randomly picked to win the prize via GlobalBlock CRM system

17. The incentive runs for 3 months (from the 1st of September to the 30th of November 2022)

18. To be eligible the user must deposit and trade at least once (no minimum amount required).

19. This giveaway is governed by UK Law. Any dispute that arises will be dealt with via the UK Courts Of Law.

20. You expressly agree that GlobalBlock, and its officers and employees, are not liable to you for any loss, damage, costs or expenses which you may suffer as a result of your participation in this giveaway, including the receipt of any rewards.
